Kourtney and Scott Disick welcomed their third child together on December 14 the same day as their eldest son, Mason, celebrates his own birthday.

Kourtney took to Instagram to share the adorable baby;s picture and also to reveal his name in her caption,

"Madly in love with my little Reign Aston Disick,"
