Buhari BARS AIT FROM COVERING APC ACTIVITIES.

I see trouble for a Media house in Nigeria.The first independent television station in Nigeria,Africa Independent television has been barred from covering any event for the President Elect until further notice.They were accused of organizing a hate campaign during the Presidential election campaign period against the APC Presidential candidate Gen.Buhari.

The APC Presidential Campaign Organisation Spokesperson, Mallam Garba Shehu disclosed this information to the media saying,

 “AIT has been asked to stay aside based on security and family concerns. In addition, Gen Buhari has decided that they will have to resolve some issues relating to standard and ethics.

“We will be talking with them to try and resolve the matter but for now the station has been asked to stay aside because like I said there are some family and security concerns. They have been asked to step down their coverage until we resolve the matter with them on ethics and standards”.
