Charles Oputa also know as Charly Boy and the Chairman of the Bikers association of Nigeria which earned him the name AREA FADA explains what a biker feels when he or she climbs the Motor bike.He confirmed that outlaw is their state of mind .He shared the message on his facebook page and i totally agree with him.Read below.
