Donald Trump has slammed Barack Obama and insulted him for not controlling the Baltimore riot.He took to twitter to dissing President Barack Obama,for watching the riots happen in Baltimore without doing anything to stop it and said Our great African American President hasn't exactly had a positive impact on the thugs who are so happily and openly destroying Baltimore!"
