Ondo State Deputy Governor Ali Olanusi Impeached.

Alhaji Ali Olanusi,the Deputy Governor of Ondo state has been impeached.During an early morning sitting on Monday, Ifedayo Akinsoyinu,the Majority Leader of house of assembly, during an early morning sitting  moved the motion for the impeachment of the deputy governor and the motion was swiftly seconded by the Deputy Majority leader of the Assembly, Oyebo Aladatan.

The House confirmed that Olanusi violated section 188 (9) of the 1999 Nigerian Constitution. The impeachment was supported by 22 members of the Assembly and he was found guilty for alleged gross misconduct.
