Caitlyn Jenner is very happy with her transformation that he has called his plastic surgeon to thank him for a job well done and handed over as a gift a copy of the iconic Vanity Fair magazine feature.

She penned down a note of appreciation on the cover of the magazine she handed over to her surgeon Dr. Harrison H. Lee.She wrote,
