This young man was caught this afternoon trying to snatch a lady's bag that came out of one of the banks along Douglas road ,not knowing that the lady maybe went to make deposit and had only 1500 Naira in her bag.Luck ran against him and he was caught while trying to escape.Another pix after the cut.
