Delivering the judgment, Monday, May 26, 2014,Hon Justice Ngozi Ukoha agreed with Eze llomuanya’s Counsel, Obiora Obianwu, SAN, that the Court of Appeal Judgment is “a judgment in Rem which is binding on all persons- parties and non-parties alike.
She stated that a High Court cannot sit in review of the judgment of a Court of Appeal, averring that rather the “High Court is bound to enforce any judgment of the Court of Appeal”.She explained that the Eze Ohiri;s suit amounts to “an abuse of court process, is detestable, undeclarable, frivolous and lacking in merit”.
Will the Government of Imo State accept this judgment and let peace reign in the Imo state council of NDI EZE.
Why will this Eze Ohiri not respect court order.Na wa oh.

ReplyDeleteThat's the overall problem with this mad dog Rochas and his cohorts, they don't have regards or respect for the rule of law. Kudos to HRH Eze Ilomuanya. That is a man that says no to Rochas who has no historical regard to Igbo cultures and traditions.
