Charly Boy again humiliates Governor Okorocha at father’s burial in Oguta.

At the burial of the dead Socrates of the Supreme Court of Nigeria Late Justice Chukwdifu Oputa of the Oputa Panel at his home town in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State Yesterday was disrupted when the first son Mr.Charles Oputa also known as Charly Boy prevented the Governor of Imo State Owelle Rochas Okorocha from speaking and paying tribute to his late father.
An Eye witness stated that Immediately after the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, who represented President Goodluck Jonathan, finished reading the President’s condolence massage to the Family the Governor of Imo State who was next in line to speak was handed over the Microphone,Charly boy immediately got up and snatched the microphone from the Governor thereby stoping him from speaking in his own state. It was really a disgrace of the Month. It did not come to a suprise by most of the people who attended the burial because the presiding priest and Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese,Bishop Hassan Kukah had already stated that To tolerate a son like Charly Boy by a man of late Justice Oputa’s reputation, is a measure of the greatness of the man”
In response to the disgrace the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor (Media), Mr. Sam Onwuemeodo, stated that, “it is highly regrettable that the son of the late justice, Mr Charles Emeka Oputa, aka, Charly Boy, threw caution to the wind and turned the church service into a political theatre that saw him acting or playing out the script he drafted in Abuja with some Imo politicians who have remained cowed by the overwhelming popularity of Governor Rochas Okorocha."
