FG Withdraws Mr Mohammed Abacha's N446.3 Billion.

Please did i get the amount right or is my ear and eye deceiving me?We are talking about 446.3 billion Naira.This money if used very well will turn Nigeria into America.Well DIARIS GOD OH.News have it that the Federal Government has withdrawn the corruption charges filed against Mr.Mohammed Abacha, son of former military Head of State, General Sani Abacha.Why did they withdraw it?
They announced this decision to withdraw the charge during  Wednesday proceedings before Justice Mamman Kolo of the Abuja High Court in Wuse Zone 2.
The Government had accused Mr.Mohammed Abacha through a private lawyer, Daniel Enwelum, who filed the charge of nine counts against him, accusing him of “dishonestly receiving stolen property” and “voluntarily assisted in concealing money,” belonging to the state and estimated at 446.3 billion Naira.
The Defence lawyer, Abdullahi Haruna did not object to the decision by the state to withdraw the charges against Mr.Mohammed Abacha.
Ruling on the withdrawal application, Justice Kolo granted the application and struck out the charge and discharged the accused person.So the case has finished like this.
