Manchester United could start their rebuilding project with a swift move for FC Dnipro star Yevhen Konoplyanka.Liverpool have been long-term admirers of the Ukraine midfielder but United are the favourites to secure the 24-year-old's signature this summer.Konoplyanka, who helped Dnipro qualify for the Champions League with eight goals in 27 appearances last season, is well known to English fans after scoring in Ukraine's 1-1 draw against England at Wembley Stadium in a 2014 World Cup qualifier.A Dnipro club source has told the Ukrainian media that an enticing offer from Old Trafford, believed to be around £12million, might be enough to lure their star man away from the Dnipro-Arena.
Officially, there’s a specific amount for which we don’t have the right to not release Konoplyanka," the source said.If Man United offer favourable conditions and agree terms with Konoplyanka, then no one can do anything."
