Romelu Lukaku completes Everton signing

Romelu Lukaku completes Everton signing for a club record £28m.Chelsea bought Lukaku for £18 from Anderlecht and they sold him to Everton for £28m making a gian of £10.Lukaku made the statement below after siging his contract:
"I'm 21, I need to be playing in a good team. I needed to be in a place that felt right.
"I decided very quickly I wanted to come back. This is the place I belong."
