I read from Vanguard Newspaper yesterday the 5th of August where it was stated that the number 1 citizen of Imo state gave the catholic community a cheque worth 50 Million that bounced.Please is this true?If it is true oga at the top at Douglas house please go and redeem your cheque and pay but if not true please ignore.Let us not owe God bikonu umunne.
