The Imo state Government organized and ended its 2014 Carnival today the 5t of October 2014.It was an event that some fun lovers liked as there were so many cultural displays and costumes.The State Governor,Owelle Rochas Okorocha,The deputy Governor ,Eze Madumere and other members of the state Exco attended the occasion which witnessed a mammoth crowd.Pictures after the cut.
