Abalaka’s HIV vaccines's ban Lifted by Court

This is good news for HIV positive patients.A Federal High Court in Makurdi yesterday Friday lifted the ban on the use of HIV vaccines produced by a Nigerian doctor, Jeremiah Abalaka.According to premiumtimesng Justice Binta Nyako who presided over the case restrained NAFDAC and the Federal Government from interfering with the use of the HIV Vaccines.So he now free to use it on patients with the consent of the carriers and not by force since claims have it that it does not have a side effect.
