James Ibori's £6.8million loot to be returned to Nigeria

It is no longer news that Former Governor of Delta State James Ibori looted the treasury in Delta state while he was the governor for 8 years and it is not news that he is still serving his 13 year jail term in the United Kingdom where he was convicted.
The United Kingdom Government have confirmed to return the sum of £6.8million loot to Nigeria.Please my people with this money used to work in Delta state will it not go a long way to the growth and development of Delta state.Why are our people and politicians so selfish and greedy.
But let me ask oh what of the other monies returned to this country what is it being used for?We need answer to this questions.For Example the ABACHA LOOT ETC.
