Uche Nwosu takes Uche Ogbuagu to Court and Demand N200 Million for libel.

This Picture of an Owerri based Media house was shared on the facebook page of the Commissioner of Land and i wish to bring to the notice of people who are not his friend and who do not visit his page the latest on a case he has against Uche Ogbuagu the Comedian and formerr SA to the Governor on Entertainment.I tried to read the news online but did not find the news on announcerexpresslive.
Well from what i gathered from other documents shared along with this picture above,it states that the commissioner of land is suing Uche Ogbuagu for N200 Million only for damages to his good name.If his name is damaged he is right to sue for libel. Defamation of Character is a very big crime and all of us should be careful while talking.But where will Uche Ogbuagu get this kind of money?The court documents as shared on his facebook page after the cut.
