Late Sani Abacha's Loot of £315 million to be returned by State of Jersey

It has been reported that State of Jersey, which is one of the biggest territory in the Channels Island has concluded plans to return to Nigeria  the sum of £315 million stolen  and hidden in their country by our Late military head of state, Sani Abacha. This was disclosed at a dinner in honour of Nigerian High Commissioner to the UK, Dalhatu Tafida, during a State visit to the Island by the Ballif of Jersey, Michael Birt.Explaining on Jersey’s financial services, Mr. Birt said that the repatriated loot was in line with ongoing campaign against money laundering.
“We have done a lot to clean up the image of the Island as a safe haven for stolen wealth,”
“What we have in place is a transparent and legal finance heaven where only legal funds can be deposited and accessed by investors,”
My question is where and what is the fate of all these monies sent back to Nigeria.Who receives it,who gives account of it and who handles it.Nigerians need to know.
