Bill Cosby's Accuser files Criminal charges.

Model Chloe Goins is the woman claiming Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion over six years ago has filed criminal charges.
She and her attorney Spencer Kuvin are headed to LAPD headquarters to do the filing claiming she's the victim of sexual assault at the hands of Cosby.
As TMZ reported ... Goins alleges in 2008 she woke up naked in a bedroom with Cosby sucking her toes and masturbating after he slipped something in her drink.
