Dead Body around Lagos High Court in TBS

I received this picture from a Kayceeblog reader who informed me that there is a dead body on the Lagos High court road around TBS near the MRS office at Mccarthy Road.Authorities in charges should go and take the body away before it start decomposing.
Please share till it gets to the people responsible to handle this.,Another picture after the cut,
