The All Progressive Congress Party Presidential candidate Gen.Buhari has disclosed that he will address the ongoing Certificate Scandal On Wednesday.The statement was released through Garba Shehu, Director of the APC's Media and Publicity, who said he will address the issue at a press conference at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 21.
