Shakira and footballer boyfriend Gerard Piqué welcome second son

The 37-year-old singer Shakira welcomed her second son with boyfriend Gerard Piqué into the world at a hospital in Barcelona on Thursday night, where she underwent a scheduled Caesarean section.

The happy couple confirmed the arrival of their second son in a statement before midnight and they will be revealing the baby's name today Friday.
