Chelsea FC are the winners of the 2014/2015 EPL season.The champions were presented with their trophy today after a 3-1 win over Sunderland at Stamford Bridg.Chelsea FC is the only team across all four divisions not to suffer a home league defeat.Congratulations Jose Mourinho boys.
