Minister of Aviation Osita chidoka rode Bicycle to last FEC meeting

Osita chidoka the Aviation Minister yesterday rode his bicycle to the last Federal Executive council meeting with the out going President Jonathan.Is he trying to tell us that he is fit or because of the fuel scarcity?We need to know the reason for this style....
