The Queen of England who went visiting her 5th great-grand child was captured on camera doing some unusual duties for the royals.
The happy queen who now has 4 Children and 5 Great Grand children was seen teaching the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge how to change a nappy.
She was also captured testing Charlotte’s bottle of milk on the back of her hand, making sure the temperature was just right for the little princess.
