President Macky Sall of Senegal made ECOWAS new chairman

The President of Senegal, Macky Sall has been elected yesterday at the 47th Ordinary Session of the Authority of Heads of State and Government of Ecowas as the new Chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

The session was held in Accra Ghana.Sall took over from the President of Ghana,Johan Dramani Mahama.
