The 42-year-old man from Boston in the USA was left with self agony when he broke his penis during a rough sex with girlfriend.

His erect dick had collided with his partner’s perineum, the area in front of the anus causing the dick to fracture. He was rushed to the A&E department of a Boston hospital as he was suffering severe pain and he had to undergo emergency surgery after snapping a fibrous membrane inside the organ.
