From the archives.Here was the Onitsha to Asaba ferry crossing in 1959.This was how cars, trucks ,people,good and services where being crossed over to Asaba or Onitsha before the River Niger Bridge was built in 1965 at an approximate cost of five million Pounds (£5m) by  French construction giant, Dumez.

Nigeria is really transforming.We will get there someday without greedy politicians.
