Lady Gaga will always make a statement with her dressing anywhere she enters.The Diva did not disappoint her fans as she was pictured in New York on Tuesday.

Gaga being who she is wore a a pair of black patent Christian Louboutin knee high boots,a pair of dark blue denim Daisy Dukes.She complimented her dressing with a black T-shirt emblazoned with the logo Big Red Machine Supporter that featured a skeleton.
