Oh No - Paris breaks thousands of lovers hearts

Hundreds of thousand of hearts must be bleeding now as they have been broken by the French authorities.Paris city workmen have been ordered to began removing the 'love locks' today which are now banned from Pont des Arts bridge.

These locks were symbol of ever lasting love for romantic couples who visited the bridge.From today Lovers will no longer be able to leave a padlock on the bridge over The Seine as a romantic token after today when the council began tearing down the mementos.This is so sad for those who have locked their love there. Ndoo oh.

City workmen, armed with bolt cutters, began unceremoniously cutting open the 'love locks' over fears that the sheer weight of the padlocks was putting the 19th century structure at risk.
I am sure France will make a lot of money from selling of scrap metal from this love destruction.
