Cesc Fabregas and his girlfriend Daniella Semaan welcome a bouncing baby boy yesterday.They both have 2 kids together having delivered a baby girl for Cesc two years ago.Happy Chelsea midfielder took to his instagram account to share the good news in a photo he shared from the delivery room which he captioned,
