Miley having come out publicly to declare that she's bisexual was seen on Tuesday night publicly and passionately kissing her Victoria's Secret model boo Stella Maxwell during a break from filming a new music video Tuesday night at Palm Beverly Hills Hollywood in Los Angeles.
